husband, father, teacher, artist
My wife Sarah and I have two amazing high schoolers, and we have lived in Lake Zurich since 2011. In my “regular job,” I get to be a middle school art teacher, and I’ve been teaching for twenty-three years. Sarah is local physical therapist assistant.
Being a “Tech Handyman” has been a wonderful way to fill in the financial gaps as stages of life progress.
I like to be helpful, and I have a knack for technology
How did “Everyday Tech Help” start?
I became involved with the Ela Historical Society and Museum back in 2015, and I met a handful of older folks that had technology challenges and needed my help.
I like to help.
I learned that my help was appreciated and valued when they insisted on compensating for my time. As I make it a priority in my life to be trustworthy and helpful, “word of mouth” had taken effect. When I made a post on social media to offer my service to others, I learned that I was able to meet a real need that exists for a number of folks.
After a year with a successful new side hustle,
I opened my business in 2021.
I am properly insured and at your service.
friendly, patient, helpful, efficient
I have learned from experience that a “Tech Handyman” fills a need that many people have. The Geek Squad or Apple Store are only sometimes helpful, and sometimes they up-sell. If there isn’t a knowledgeable friend or family member with the time to help you with your everyday tech needs, then perhaps you’ll contact me.
If I can be of value to you or someone you know, please feel free to reach out through email or phone. Just click on “Contact Me” to get my rates and contact information.
We can exchange contact info, discuss your needs and match our calendars up.
