What primary services do you offer?
I provide in-home help and guidance for everyday technology.
This includes computer setup, upgrades, and troubleshooting; home internet and Wi-Fi networks; device setup and support (phones, tablets, TVs, printers, and cameras); smart home and accessibility technology; streaming and cord-cutting solutions; antenna setup and network-connected TV devices; and general tech assistance to help people understand, organize, and confidently use their technology and subscription services.
How long does a typical visit last?
The first visit usually takes 2–3 hours, so we can talk through your needs, get to know each other, and plan the best solutions for you and your technology. Future visits typically take 1–2 hours, since I’m familiar with your setup and can focus on new questions, implementing solutions, or addressing any follow-up needs efficiently.
What are the rates of your services?
Consultation calls are free.
In-home visits are $70 per hour.
If necessary, computer work at my location is a flat 2-hour rate, either by drop-off or sending the device with me.
Clients cover any necessary parts or materials at cost with no markup.
How do I schedule a visit?
Visit my Contact Page to call, text, or email. I’ll connect with you and we’ll find a date and time that works best!
What payment methods can you accept?
Cash, Check, Zelle, and Venmo
Are you insured?
Yes! Mark Hay LLC is fully insured with general liability and E&O coverage, giving you peace of mind while I help with your technology.
Can your services be covered by long-term care or similar insurance?
